FCP 25 mile Thursday Road Ride!
May 20th, 2010This is a weekly group ride that meets here at 5:30pm and starts around 5:45pm returning before dark around 8pm. We have up to 3 groups at varying pace levels for all riders to be able to come and ride! A road bike is recommended due to it’s light weight and high pressure tires/wheels. Front and Rear blinkers are great to have so cars can see us
too! It is a safe route and riding in a group makes us more visible! Bring a friend and check out some of our N. Knoxville roads! Bring a post ride beverage of choice and we’ll hang out!

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Stop by Krutch Park (corner of Market St and Clinch Ave) as you ride your bike to work and grab a biscuit (with your choice of yummy filling) from Pete’s Coffee Shop and coffee donated by Trio Cafe. Their will be prizes given to the best dressed bike commuters, so break out those suits and high heels! Mayor Bill Haslam will join us to give awards at 8 a.m.

AMBC Poker Ride!
May 7th, 2010This second annual event organized by Thomas Gaines is sure to be an adventure! Check points including our shop are to be reached from Earth Fare in Bearden starting at 12 noon Saturday 5/8/2010! We will be grilling burgers, playing corn hole, and maybe some frisbee golf here at the shop! Cold beverages too! The event will end at Earth Fare with a post-ride party! There is a raffle to win prizes and/or a bike with a $5 ticket entry that benefits the AMBC Club!
